To feel good about the future, let’s visualize a “movie” of your future. This movie will show you how your day-to-day life is going to be like this coming week, month, year, etc. This is similar to the Vision exercise, except that it’s not just one time frame but also the path to get there.
It is important to create a realistic movie that has a good chance of occurring, to make you feel confident that it is feasible and make you feel happy that it’s going to happen.
