I will demonstrate here why emotional wellbeing in this moment is crucially more critical than all other forms of wellbeing. While all other forms of Wellbeing have their importance, they are not nearly as important as emotional wellbeing.
I will demonstrate why emotional wellbeing is a necessary prerequisite, as well as the purpose, of all other forms of wellbeing. In other words, a damaged emotional wellbeing necessarily leads to damage, often significant, and sometimes debilitating, to all other forms of wellbeing.
When you feel well, life simply "feels better." You're more likely to be productive, engage in physical activity, eat well, and partake in social activities—all of which contribute to other types of wellbeing. Emotional wellbeing enhances your quality of life, adding a depth and richness that might not exist otherwise.
