One’s mindset is formed over the years under the influence of personal experiences, societal interactions, education, and individual personality traits. However, you have the ability to shape your mindset over time with exposure to new knowledge and experiences, in such a way that contributes to your overall wellbeing.
The Optimal Mindset is a mindset that enhances emotional wellbeing and consequently all other forms of Wellbeing.
Developing an optimal mindset is a continuous process, and you may need to adapt your approach as circumstances change.
There are several universally beneficial characteristics that are associated with an optimal mindset, as shown below.
The most critical step to do (especially because of The Buggy Brain) is to agree with the following statement, and say it out loud:
